Are you an Operator with technical affinity and do you get energy from working with new machines? We are looking for Technical Operators for our client's distribution location in Boxtel. Due to a major automation drive, two completely new, automated labelling lines are being put into use here. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new, modern working environment from the ground up.

    As a Technical Operator, you will ensure that the labelling lines continue to run smoothly. Initially, you will work on the existing (manual) lines, while you are trained step by step for the new automated lines that will be operational from March 2026.

    Your duties and responsibilities:

    • Setting up, operating and converting labelling lines
    • Resolving first-line faults
    • Performing minor maintenance and identifying technical deviations
    • Working with new, robotised machines
    • Collaborating with the technical department on more complex malfunctions
    • Contributing ideas for improvements to the process

    You will start with an extensive induction programme and attend training courses at the supplier of the new lines, so that you are fully prepared for the future. This position involves working in two shifts with the following working hours:

    • 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
    • 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Due to strong growth, significant investments are now being made in automation and technology.

    • Technical knowledge or a clear affinity with technology (education or hobby);
    • Experience as an operator is an advantage, but not essential;
    • Interest in automation and robotisation;
    • Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (± 4 °C);
    • You are open to education and training;
    • You should preferably speak Dutch, but good English is also welcome.

    • Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,350 based on 40 hours (excluding shift allowance)
    • 14% shift allowance
    • Year-end bonus of 3.25%
    • Travel allowance from 10 km one way (€0.23 per km, max. 70 km per day)
    • 192 holiday hours + 8% holiday pay
