  You love working as a Service Engineer, but above all, you are looking for challenge and variety. Then you have come to the right place at our client. To install, maintain and repair machines, we need someone with your technical knowledge and creativity in the field of mechatronics. You switch seamlessly from independently commissioning a stand-alone machine to installing a total solution. The work is interesting and challenging with a lot of personal responsibility. As a Service Engineer, you are part of the 2D Laser Service team. You are responsible for maintaining, repairing or installing 2D laser machines and complex automations on customer sites throughout the Netherlands. Customers range from small companies with a few machines to multinationals with multiple fully automated systems. You carry out the daily work on location with your home address as your home base. You receive your orders via a digital workflow. Naturally, there is daily contact with colleagues to coordinate the work. For multi-day jobs, hotel accommodation may be required.

• Offer
  • You have a minimum completed MBO (4) diploma (Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering);
  • Demonstrable experience building, maintaining, testing or installing complex machinery in the (high-tech) manufacturing industry, medical devices,
    automotive or aerospace;
  • Mechanically well versed and sufficient knowledge of automation, electronics and software when it comes to troubleshooting;
  • A proactive, presentable and customer-oriented attitude;
  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and preferably English;
  • You have demonstrable affinity with digitisation;
  • You are eager to learn specific training for the systems through an in-house training academy;
  • You are an entrepreneurial type and used to working independently;
  • You are in possession of a driving licence.

  • A market-based salary between €3,500 and €5,000 excluding holiday allowance, depending on relevant knowledge and work experience;
