    • You’ll be working on precision components with tolerances measured in microns; quality is therefore the absolute foundation of everything we do;
    • As a Quality Engineer, you ensure that our processes are in place and continue to improve;
    • Complaints Handling & Root Cause Analysis: you are responsible for analysing complaints and quality deviations (you will use methodologies such as 8D, 5 Times Why and Ishikawa to identify the root cause, after which you will implement effective measures and embed them structurally);
    • Supplier quality & external monitoring: you closely monitor supplier complaints and ensure that agreed actions and improvement measures are implemented, with a view to improving quality throughout the supply chain;
    • NPI & Engineering Support: you will provide support for New Product Introductions (NPI), play an active role in these, and carry out checks on FMEA reports, control plans and quality plans to ensure a smooth start to series production;
    • Data, Analysis & Continuous Improvement: you will work with KPIs and dashboards to identify trends and translate this data into concrete improvement actions (applying Lean and Six Sigma principles);
    • You launch initiatives that lead to more stable processes;
    • System support (QMS): although this is not your main day-to-day focus, you actively contribute ideas on how to further improve our Quality Management System (QMS);
    • In addition, where necessary, you will provide support in preparing for and following up on audits.
