Are you a specialist in precision machining with an interest in high-speed milling and electrode milling? Are you looking for a working environment where your craftsmanship and eye for detail can really shine? We are looking for a motivated HSM-EL Miller on behalf of one of our clients to work on high-quality electrodes and complex precision components within an innovative production environment.

• Job description

  As an HSM-EL Milling Operator, you will produce high-quality electrodes and precision mechanical components using 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines. You will be responsible for the entire process, from clamping to final inspection, with a strong focus on precision and quality.

  What makes this role unique is that you are personally responsible for measuring and ensuring quality. Using in-line measuring machines, you check and optimise your own work immediately.

  Your responsibilities in a nutshell:

  • Setting up and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines;
  • Manufacture of electrodes (EL) and high-quality precision components;
  • Presetting and editing electrode components;
  • Loading and unloading machinery;
  • Carrying out precision machining at the micron level;
  • Independent measurement of products using in-line measuring machines;
  • Interpreting measurement results and ensuring product quality;
  • Checking one’s own work and that of colleagues on the basis of measurement reports.
• About the company

  Our client is a high-tech company based in Eindhoven. They specialise in the design, manufacture and validation of high-quality, multi-cavity injection moulds.

• Offer
  • MBO+ level of working and thinking, specialising in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar field;
  • Experience with CNC milling, preferably in precision engineering or electrode production;
  • You have a strong focus on quality and work with precision down to the micron level;
  • You can read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Experience of, or an interest in, measurement and quality assurance (using measuring machines) is a strong advantage;
  • You work independently, in a structured manner and in accordance with procedures.

  • A salary based on knowledge and experience, up to 5,000 gross per month on a 40-hour basis;
