    As a 3D Measurement Technician, you are at the heart of the organisation. You programme the measuring machine and then use it to measure high-tech products. Your challenge lies in supporting and advising colleagues in production to manufacture a high-quality product that meets the precision requirements and specifications of high-tech customers. You are steadfast and reliable, as you stand behind the measurements you have taken and act as a vital link to customers. You therefore take pride in working with precision, down to the smallest detail. We work with Zeiss 3D measuring machines and use the Calypso software programme. The variety in the role comes from working with a wide range of different products. As a 3D Measurement Technician, you will be working on almost 80% of the products manufactured here.

    Your main duties and responsibilities:

    • You will programme and carry out complex measurements using 3D co-ordinate measuring machines (CMMs);
    • You carry out other measurements, such as surface roughness, optical measurements, manual measurements, etc.;
    • You will discuss the discrepancies with the Workshop, Production Planning and Team Leaders;
    • You check whether the products meet the specified requirements;
    • You will ensure quality and continuity;
    • You draw up measurement reports;
    • You are responsible for recording rejections in the quality information system;
    • You manage the measurement data for the purposes of analysis.

    • You are professionally qualified and have at least a completed MBO qualification;
    • Ideally, you will have knowledge of, and experience in, the fields of machining, sheet metal work and welding;
    • Experience with (ZEISS) measuring machines and associated measuring equipment is an advantage;
    • Experience with ZEISS and Calypso is an advantage;
    • You have experience in measurement technology, you are looking for technical challenges and you have problem-solving skills;
    • You have a structured approach to problem-solving and your work;
    • You will work largely independently and be flexible regarding working hours; we operate a two-shift system;
    • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or English;
    • You are also quality-conscious and customer-focused.
