Starting a new position with a company is exciting. Your first working week is often intensive and a good onboarding is essential. We guide you personally throughout each phase of the contract. Periodically, we schedule progress reviews and we contact you regularly to ask how you are doing. Your Consultant and the back office are always available on working days. Even if you want to discuss confidential matters or if you are not quite where you want to be, we will guide you to another project. The first year is an important start to your secondment period.
At Reflex Intelligence. We are your legal employer and you will receive an employment contract from us. You physically carry out an assignment at our client's premises.
On the contrary. In the vast majority of constructions, Reflex Intelligence uses the so-called secondment-fixed method and almost all our professionals move on to employment with our clients. Should this not be possible for whatever reason, Reflex Intelligence will gladly help you find a new project.
Yes, with a so-called waiting day.
We pay out your fixed monthly salary at the end of each calendar month. Travel expenses, any overtime, bonuses and other project allowances will be paid to you on a monthly basis based on your timesheets.
