• Job description

  As a Work Planner, you are the liaison between customers, technicians and internal colleagues. You ensure that work at customers' sites is perfectly prepared, coordinated and executed. Thanks to your overview and organisational skills, the technicians in the field can do their work efficiently and qualitatively.

  You manage an established client portfolio of about 60 larger customers and are their permanent point of contact. You work together in a close-knit regional and national team of planners and work planners.

  Your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Manage work packages and process customer requests;
  • Coordinating work with customers and technicians;
  • Preparing work on site in close cooperation with the field;
  • Monitor technical, administrative and financial project progress;
  • Coordinate with fellow work preparers and planners on deployment of technicians;
  • Identify bottlenecks and help optimise processes;
  • Ensure correct and timely project completion.

  In this position, working from the Delft or Zaandam office is also possible. For this position, you will travel to Delft one day a week.
