    As a System Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the final testing and troubleshooting of complete lithography systems (EBPG). You will work with advanced mechanical, electrical and software components and ensure that each system functions perfectly before it is delivered to customers worldwide. Work is 50% in the office and 50% in the field.

    Your duties and responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for the optimal functioning of EBPGs;
    • You will deal with various aspects of the systems, from analogue and digital electronics to precision mechanics, ultra-high vacuum and high-voltage technology;
    • You build and diagnose the systems adequately;
    • As the first level of escalation, you are an important part of the problem-solving process;
    • You regulate, monitor and control the settings of the EBPG systems;
    • You explain FAT results related to performance to the customer.

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering physics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or related;
    • (Internship) experience as a (Service) engineer in a nanotechnology, mechatronics, semiconductor or robotics environment;
    • Proactive Engineer who wants to understand and operate complex machines and programmes;
    • Good analytical skills and a (customer-oriented) drive are required to be able to work independently after about 12 months;
    • Besides fine mechanics knowledge, affinity with IT and electronics is desirable. Knowledge of lithography and electron optics is a nice touch.
