Our client is an internationally operating producer within the FMCG industry and specialises in sustainable packaging solutions for the beverage industry. From the trading location in Oss, millions of products are distributed daily to customers within the Benelux, Europe and the Caribbean. Within this organisation, cooperation, reliability and long-term relationships are key. To strengthen the commercial team, we are looking for a Supply & Demand employee who gets energy from switching, organising and working within a dynamic supply chain environment.

• Job description

  As a Supply & Demand employee, you are an indispensable link between customer, supply chain and internal departments. You ensure that delivery and production orders are processed and followed up correctly, and that customer agreements are translated smoothly into operations.

  Customer satisfaction is always at the forefront here. You think ahead, identify opportunities and bottlenecks, and actively contribute to the reliable execution of customer contracts.

  Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Administer and process incoming delivery and production orders;
  • Initiate and follow up on actions in response to customer contact;
  • Proactively contribute to the execution and monitoring of customer contracts;
  • Analyse customer forecasts and inventory data;
  • Translating data into reliable input for demand planning;
  • Maintain contact with European colleagues to ensure timely and correct deliveries;
  • Manage price agreements and delivery conditions in the systems;
  • Tracking product and market developments;
  • Creation and maintenance of article data in SAP;
  • Work intensively with colleagues from sales, supply chain and planning.

The factory, located in North-East Brabant, is a modern, high-speed production location where millions of products roll off the production line every year.   • Demonstrable hbo working and thinking level (or mbo+ with relevant experience);
