For their rapidly growing, international customer base, they are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to supervise installations worldwide, solve complex technical challenges and help customers get the most out of their systems.

• Job description

  As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful integration of advanced laser systems into complex production lines. You are the technical expert in high-level escalations and assist customers worldwide with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting. In addition, you contribute to product improvements by translating feedback from the field to R&D and ensure clear technical documentation.

  Your duties and responsibilities

  • Lead installation, integration and advanced troubleshooting of laser systems on production lines;
  • Act as technical expert on complex issues that cannot be resolved via standard support, both on-site and remotely;
  • Train customer staff in the use of systems and actively mentor the service team;
  • Collaborate with R&D to translate field data into product improvements;
  • Documenting technical processes and solutions;
  • Global travel (100%) to support customers; office support for pre-sales and documentation when not on the road.

• Offer
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in field service, preferably with integrated machinery in packaging, industrial automation or continuous production;
  • Expert in troubleshooting, reading schematics, integrating systems and modifying production lines;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or demonstrable practical experience;
  • Flexible, proactive problem solver with international travel readiness;
  • Experience with industrial coding/marking equipment or high-speed packaging lines is a plus.
• Your profile
  • A gross monthly salary of up to 90K on a full-time basis and participation in the Employee Stock Option Programme (ESOP)
