• Job description

  As Production Supervisor Assembly, you will be responsible for the daily management and optimisation of multiple assembly teams within a technically sophisticated production environment. You ensure that people, processes and planning fit together perfectly. With your coaching leadership style, you monitor safety, quality and progress, while continuously working to improve the production process and the development of your employees.

  You are a connecting link between the shop floor and management and know how to translate strategic objectives into clear priorities and concrete actions on the floor.

  Your duties and responsibilities;

  • Direct, coach and develop team leaders and assembly staff;
  • Translate departmental and production objectives into clear planning and execution;
  • Monitor and improve safety, quality, delivery reliability and productivity;
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in capacity, planning and processes;
  • Initiate and supervise improvement processes (including 6S / Lean / continuous improvement);
  • Ensure a safe, structured and motivated working environment;
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and steer where necessary;
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise the overall production process.
