In this role, you will make a direct contribution to the production of high-quality plastic granulates that are used worldwide in a variety of industries.     As Process Operator Compounding, you are responsible for carrying out the production process safely, efficiently and according to specifications. You operate and monitor installations for mixing, extruding and packaging and intervene when deviations occur. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production process remains continuous and stable.

    Your duties and responsibilities are:

    • Set up, operate, control and adjust production equipment for mixing, extruding and packaging;
    • Visually checking raw and auxiliary materials against work orders;
    • Manually dumping raw materials and operating extruders;
    • Set up and operate peripheral equipment such as blenders, dryers and bagging units;
    • Monitor process parameters, safety, quality and process progress;
    • Checking finished product, taking samples and identifying discrepancies;
    • Adjusting the process or calling in the shift coach in case of breakdowns or process deviations;
    • Record production and process data;
    • Checking installations and performing cleaning and inspection tasks.

    • Technical training at VAPRO A or MBO level 2;
    • In possession of VCA and forklift certificate (or willing to obtain them);
    • Good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written;
    • Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule;
    • Safety-conscious and quality-oriented work is in your DNA;
    • You can work independently, but also function well in a team;
    • You are eligible for or hold an approved VOG.

    • Salary between €3,000 and €3,600 gross per month, excluding shift bonus
    • Working in a 3-shift operation
