    In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the complete maintenance management of our bioenergy plants. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: literally and figuratively. From setting up and implementing maintenance plans to solving malfunctions and directing technical projects: you keep the overview and control.

    Your duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing, coaching and developing a team of 3 mechanics;
    • Coordinate work with external parties and contractors;
    • Daily planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance;
    • Monitor safety, quality and efficiency in execution;
    • Contractor management on safety and environment;
    • Set up Asset management plan (full lifecycle);
    • Develop and implement maintenance strategies (such as TPM, RCM or appropriate customisation);
    • Optimising working methods and maintenance plans in Ultimo (CMMS);
    • Analysing failure data and establishing and adhering to maintenance KPIs;
    • Support audits and compliance in HSE and quality areas;
    • Building up technical drawing archives;
    • Set up and manage Service level agreements;
    • Establish a clear spare parts philosophy (critical parts, standardisation, stock levels) based on maintenance strategies;
    • Set up, set up and manage the technical warehouse;
    • Ensuring an efficient working environment, including tools and materials;
    • Management and maintenance of the VBT site;
    • Provide input on technical plant changes and modifications;
    • Leading small technical projects and improvement projects;
    • Coordinate multidisciplinary involvement in modifications (engineering, production, safety).

    • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation;
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing. process, or energy environment;
    • Proven experience in setting up maintenance structures and managing technical teams;
    • Experience with Ultimo or similar maintenance management systems;
    • Knowledge of and experience in maintenance strategies (TPM, RCM) and improvement techniques (Lean, 5S);
    • Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality;
    • Experience in spare parts management and warehouse layout;
    • Willingness to actively contribute to a startup environment where not everything is yet settled.
