    As Maintenance Manager, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. You will support the team on a daily basis, prepare maintenance schedules, prioritise breakdowns and maintenance projects and oversee spare parts inventory management. You will also contribute to the financial assurance of the service contract and be the primary point of contact for external parties, including the customer, in terms of operations and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).

    Your team consists of 3 Service Technicians and you will be responsible for both electrical, mechanical and control installations - including installation, modification, maintenance and repair.

    You also play an important role in team development: you supervise new colleagues, set up training programmes and encourage individual growth.

    Your duties/responsibilities:

    • Overall responsibility for the on-site team, including spare parts development, work preparation and (financial) administration;
    • Ensuring timely and quality implementation of preventive maintenance;
    • Taking the lead during prolonged or impactful failures;
    • Initiate improvement projects across teams;
    • Prepare and follow up monthly reports;
    • Management of HR-related matters;
    • Oversee HSE agreements and workplace safety;
    • Monitor the state of technical installations;
    • Function as supervisor and technical decision-maker for the team;
    • First point of contact for the customer DPD and the internal Service Desk during your shift;
    • Follow up escalations according to established procedures.

    • HBO working and thinking level, preferably with a technical or logistics background;
    • Experience in maintenance and/or automation of large systems;
    • Strong communication skills; you know how to get people on board and gain trust;
    • You can switch well between tactical and operational levels;
    • Experience with fault analysis, maintenance processes and control systems;
    • You know how to strike the right balance between quality, time, impact and cost;
    • You are a true team player and team builder;
    • Good command of English and Dutch;

    • This day shift position offers a competitive salary of up to €6,500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday pay)
