• Job description

  As HSE Coordinator, you will be part of the HSE team in Den Bosch with 4 colleagues.

  In your role, the focus is on people and behaviour and, with your pragmatic approach, you will make an important contribution in the field of HSE. You will advise and keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of HSE, where sustainability will always be an important pillar.

  Your main duties and responsibilities:

  • Continuously engage with colleagues about safety;
  • Establish and manage the safety training plan;
  • Keeping up-to-date with laws, standards and guidelines;
  • Initiating and implementing improvements in the areas of health, safety and environment;
  • Preparation of manuals, procedures and work instructions;
  • Preparing, supervising and conducting inspection rounds and audits;
  • Monitor the progress and follow-up of audit findings;

• Offer
  • A completed MVK or HVK, or you are still working on this;
  • You are familiar with audits and RI&Es (Risk Inventory & Evaluation), you do not have to carry them out independently (yet);
  • You have several years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • People-oriented approach suits you best and in this you have an interest in people's behaviour;
  • Decisive and the drive to make an impact;
  • Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
