  What are your duties and responsibilities?

  • You’ll make initial contact with both active and passive jobseekers via various recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, our website and other creative ideas of your own
  • When a new vacancy arises, you’ll visit our client alongside an experienced colleague and, during the interview, ask the hiring manager specific questions to gain a clear understanding of the role for yourself, so that you can then select the right candidates
  • You are naturally curious and able to ask both clients and candidates the right questions about matters such as the nature of the role you are recruiting for, as well as the job requirements, ambitions, USPs, etc.
  • You will write engaging job adverts independently, which you will then publish on our website and other social media channels, including LinkedIn
  • Every day, you’ll be reaching out to targeted candidates, inviting them to interviews, advising them and, ultimately, meeting with them in person or via Teams to discuss exciting job vacancies
  • Following the initial interview, you will then draw up a comprehensive skills profile for the candidate, enter their CV and the findings from the interview into the ATS system, and put the candidate forward
  • When a candidate is invited for an interview, you can give your candidate a head start with our client through careful preparation
  • Every day, you work on expanding your network and raising your profile, whilst actively contributing ideas for improvements
  • You will be responsible for client relationship management, with the aim of ensuring a smooth workflow and the satisfaction of our professionals

• Offer
  • At least a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree or AD qualification in, for example, HR, Sales & Marketing, Business Economics (or equivalent)
  • A few years’ work experience in recruitment, sourcing candidates for external clients, is desirable, although we warmly welcome applications from those just starting out
  • Experience in placing candidates in engineering or supply chain roles is an advantage
  • You have a genuine interest in people’s motivations and ambitions, and you are naturally curious about understanding the needs of our clients and candidates
  • You are proactive, sociable and a good communicator, and you bring a healthy dose of enthusiasm, humour and persuasiveness to the role
  • Ambition, an entrepreneurial spirit and a winner’s mentality are qualities that suit you as a person
• Your profile
  • A fixed monthly salary of up to €4,000, depending on your skills and experience, supplemented by an attractive bonus scheme
  • A fixed-term contract, with the prospect of permanent employment should the candidate prove suitable
  • A 32–40-hour working week, with the option to work from home one day a week
  • Initially, a commuting allowance of 0.25 c/km, with the prospect of a company car following internal promotion to Consultant
