• Job description

  As a Logistics Assistant, you will ensure that goods flows run smoothly, safely and on time. You work closely with around 20 colleagues in the Logistics department, where teamwork, quality and ownership are key. Thanks to your efforts, the production departments always have the right materials on time.

  Your duties and responsibilities are:
  

  • Welcoming external drivers and showing them around the premises;
  • Loading, unloading and moving goods with forklift, pallet truck and lifting equipment;
  • Checking incoming goods for correctness and completeness;
  • Readying and preparing goods for internal transport or storage;
  • Packing outgoing goods and notifying the carrier;
  • Order picking using pick lists and preparing for dispatch;
  • Checking materials for accuracy and damage, among other things;
  • Signal and report deviations to colleagues or supervisor;
  • If certified: Performing forklift operations.

• Offer
  • MBO level 2-3 in Logistics, or demonstrable experience in a similar role;
  • A forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one);
  • Familiarity with safety regulations in a logistics environment;
  • An accurate, flexible working attitude;
  • Ownership, entrepreneurship and willingness to work together;
  • Interested in a long-term position within a stable company.
