Job description
As Operator, you provide optimal support to the technical teams and ensure a safe, organised and well-documented working environment. Your tasks are varied and range from administrative assurance to safety rounds and workflow coordination.
Your duties and responsibilities
- Support the operator and technician team;
- Schedule;
- Coordinate buddy boards and planning;
- Administration processing (including Infoniqa);
- Managing holiday planning;
- Coordinate training for new operators;
- Support the GaC Supervisor;
- Function as contact person towards external supplier(s);
- Picking up escalations;
- Approve rush orders;
- Execute 12NC part orders and requests;
- Provide forms, checklists and documentation;
- Review and update procedures;
- Scanning and processing PM files;
- Processing work cancellations;
- Perform housekeeping and safety rounds in the subfab and gas/chemical rooms;
- Performing spot checks;
- Securing tool calibrations;
- Organising inspections of forklift trucks;
- Maintain oversight of housekeeping within GaC;
- Workwear management;
- Working out downtime requests for maintenance.

Offer

Your profile

- Gross salary between €2,800 - €3,300 per month
- Working day shift (07:45 - 16:15)
