    You will be the administrative hub of the office: you will process orders, be the first point of contact for customers, and assist with goods receipt if necessary. It is a full-time position (40 hours) in the office with room for growth towards final responsibility. You will contribute to a streamlined back office and an excellent customer experience.

    Your duties and responsibilities:

    • Order entry: create requests, register instruments, add prices;
    • Prepare, handle and follow up on order requests;
    • Send order confirmations and track customer communications;
    • Assessing contracts: "Can our client perform the calibration as requested?";
    • Handle customer queries, complaints and quotations by phone and e-mail;
    • Prepare quotations, follow up and manage customer contact;
    • Occasionally assist with goods receiving and logistical support;
    • Contribute to process improvement and support back office activities.

The team consists of around 14 employees in an organisation with an informal culture and short lines of communication. You will work full-time in the office and have the opportunity to grow in position. The organisation works internationally (with customers in Europe) and strives for high quality according to ISO 17025 standards.

    • Experience in customer service, back office or indoor administrative role;
    • Dutch and English speaking and writing skills;
    • Interest in technical processes and willingness to assist with logistics work;
