• Job description

  In this role, you will ensure overview, structure and flawless administration. You are the first point of contact for visitors and drivers, manage the city administration and ensure that documentation is complete and transparent towards controlling authorities. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the stable running and optimisation of green gas production.

  Your duties and responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for receiving, notifying and referring visitors, drivers and contractors;
  • Carrying out entry checks on arrivals and departures;
  • Maintain general accounts around May City administration and ISCC;
  • Archiving and managing documentation;
  • Managing weighbridge systems;
  • Establish and manage weekly schedules for arrivals and departures in collaboration with operations;
  • Managing and ordering office supplies;
  • Investigate deviations and suggest improvements;
  • Optimising administrative processes.
• About the company

  Our client operates a modern facility in Tilburg that produces around 23 million m³ of biogas and 40,000 tonnes of organic manure pellets annually. Some of this biogas is upgraded to green gas for the Dutch grid, good for the annual consumption of around 2,700 households. You will join a close-knit team of about 20 colleagues, where cooperation, safety and ownership are key. It is a flat organisation in which your initiative is immediately visible and appreciated.

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
  • Experience in an administrative position, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
  • You are communicatively strong and have an eye for detail;
  • You can make decisions independently and work in a structured way;
  • Experience with mestadministration and/or the bioenergy or agricultural sector is a plus.
