Job description
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the complete maintenance management of our bioenergy plants. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: literally and figuratively. From setting up and implementing maintenance plans to solving malfunctions and directing technical projects: you keep the overview and control. You also lead a small technical team and participate in the fault-clearing service.
- Drafting and performing preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Coordinate maintenance work with internal and external parties;
- Ensuring safety and compliance with BRZO, ATEX and PED regulations;
- Manage maintenance records and technical documentation (Ultimo);
- Organising and participating in the breakdown service (call-out);
- Analysing failures and implementing improvement measures;
- Initiate and lead small technical projects (such as replacements or optimisations);
- Managing the maintenance budget and steering for cost savings;
- Managing, coaching and supervising mechanics and maintenance staff;
- Lead work meetings and toolbox meetings.

You will work at our client's new site, a modern bioenergy production plant that has only been in operation for six months. You will also work partly at our site in Bernheze. Offer
Education & experience:
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Maintenance & Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial or chemical environment;
- Knowledge of laws and regulations within BRZO plants;
- Experience with maintenance management systems and work permit procedures.
