• Job description

  As Quality Engineer, you are responsible for securing and improving the quality of both internal processes and delivered products. You work within the QHSE department and support the organisation with your knowledge of measurements, quality controls, CE/PED guidelines and continuous improvement. You are the expert in the field of quality assurance and know how to optimise processes together with other departments.

  In this role, you will have a wide range of tasks, ranging from performing 3D measurements to supervising audits and advising R&D. You are the lynchpin in improving product quality - both in-house and with suppliers.

  Your duties and responsibilities are:

  • Performing and analysing manual and 3D measurements
  • Calibration of measuring equipment and analysis of measurement results
  • Advising on control and test plans
  • Support improvement initiatives within products and processes
  • Conducting internal and external audits and supplier audits
  • Preparation of FMEAs and supervision of design reviews
  • Supporting inspection bodies in product withdrawals
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of quality policies

• Offer

  You are independent, structured and have a keen eye for detail. In addition, you possess:

  • MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level (preferably towards engineering)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of measurement and calibration techniques (e.g. AUKOM)
  • Experience with ISO 9001 (ISO 16949 is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of APQP, FMEAs, 8D, LEAN and statistical process control
  • Experience in supervising audits and CE/PED directives
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good command of Dutch and English; German is a bonus
