With 14 years of experience in job placement within the Dutch manufacturing industry, Robert knows the market like no other. With his enthusiasm and persuasiveness, he has been connecting professionals with diverse backgrounds to leading organisations within the engineering and supply chain industry for years. He will go through fire and water for his clients and the development of professionals is central to him. His network, experience and passion for the profession made him decide to establish Reflex Intelligence in 2024. From a clear vision, he and his team want to build a bright future for Reflex Intelligence. Robert has a background in HR, lives in Sint-Oedenrode with his wife Marjolein and two border collies. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with Marjolein and loves the burgundian life.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\t \n\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Ferry Heesakkers<\/h2>

With 14 years of experience in various positions within recruitment, specifically for the engineering and supply chain sectors, Ferry is an experienced Business Partner and Manager. He values long-term relationships and achieving great successes with renowned SME organisations and multinationals, within the Dutch manufacturing industry. After years of successful cooperation with Robert and a valuable period as Team Leader at ASML, he returns to recruitment at Reflex Intelligence from 2026. His goal: to continue the fine cooperation with Robert and further develop Reflex Intelligence into a strategic partner for both clients and candidates. He does this with a focus on quality, transparency and results. Ferry has a background in HR and lives in Den Bosch with his partner Carlijn and two daughters, Sammie and Isabel. In his spare time, he likes to undertake nice trips with his family, loves to be active in sports and also enjoys the Burgundian life.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\t \n\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Marjolein has a broad background within various organisations and project-based environments. From her experience, she understands how important a solid back office is for the success of an organisation: from administrative assurance and internal processes to support for teams and management. Besides her operational strength, Marjolein has a keen eye for communication and positioning. Marketing and visibility play an increasingly important role in her work. She actively contributes ideas on content, image and internal and external communication, with the aim of setting out the organisation's story clearly and authentically. She is married to Robert and lives in Sint-Oedenrode with their two border collies. With her background and passion for equestrian sports, she can be found at her horse's stable every day and enjoys going out with Robert and the dogs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\t \n\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

After 7 years of successful cooperation with Robert and Ferry, he joins Reflex Intelligence to continue the fine cooperation. Here, his goal is to grow together and add value by connecting top talent to leading technical organisations. Has has a background in Commercial Economics and emigrated in 2023 from the Netherlands to France where he lives with his partner Rianne and his son Sem. In his spare time, he likes nothing more than carp fishing and being outside in nature.
