• Job description

  In this position, you will be responsible for the optimal operation of Electron Beam Lithography systems. You will assemble the modules and ensure timely delivery and optimal operation and tuning of the Lithography system.

  Your main duties/responsibilities in this role:

  • You will start with an intensive 'training-on-the-job' where the complex technology will be mastered;
  • You will deal with various aspects of systems, from analogue and digital electronics to high-precision mechanics, ultra-high vacuum and high-voltage technology;
  • You build and diagnose the systems appropriately;
  • You regulate, control and monitor machine settings;
  • You will report to the Operations Manager.

In addition to production facilities in the Netherlands and Germany, there are support and service centres in the US, Europe, China, India and Korea. • Offer
  • You are a 'hands on' engineer with a feel for nanoprecision in mechanics, vacuum engineering, electronics and high-voltage technology. In addition, you are a sharp analyst, able to quickly learn and apply the broad technology spectrum;
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field, e.g. mechanics, mechatronics, electronics or engineering physics;
  • Working experience as a (Service) Engineer in a nano technology, mechatronics, semiconductor or robotics environment;
  • Ownership, drive, analytical ability and a customer-oriented drive are required to work independently after about 12 months;
  • Proactive Engineer who wants to understand and can operate complex machines and programmes himself;
  • Affinity with IT and electronics is required and knowledge of lithography and electron optics is an advantage;
  • Good command of the English language.
