Due to growth, Reflex Intelligence is immediately looking for an enthusiastic colleague to work as a Research Consultant at our office within the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven!

• Job description

  As a Research Consultant, you will source online candidates for challenging vacancies at our client companies, which you will then speak to and present to colleagues yourself. Your main duties and responsibilities:

  • Weekly focus & goal setting and evaluation;
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels;
  • Establish contact with both active and latent jobseekers and ensure proper and timely follow-up after initial contact;
  • Connect to job intakes and ask targeted questions to a hiring manager to find suitable candidates;
  • Translate interview reports into a recruiting vacancy text, which you then publish;
  • Independently conduct intakes with candidates you have found yourself;
  • Providing candidates with expert career advice and answering questions;
  • Establish competence profiles, capture relevant notes in an ATS and proactively share suitable candidates with colleagues;
  • Preparing candidates for job interviews, together with an experienced colleague;
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool;
  • Keeping abreast of the latest tools and trends in recruitment/AI;
  • Taking initiative to proactively share good ideas with colleagues.
