  As Production Manager Cleanrooms NPI, you will ensure excellent production results within all cleanroom facilities. You oversee quality, cost and productivity. In addition, you show inspiring leadership towards a large team.

  Your main duties and responsibilities in this role:

  • Leading a team of 6 Team Leaders and Assistant Managers, while indirectly managing a workforce of around 100 FTEs
  • Improve customer performance and efficiency through effective team management and support
  • Develop and monitor budgets for cleanroom production and cleaning activities
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, on-time delivery and efficiency
  • Optimising human resources management, including recruitment, training and skills development
  • Working with NPI managers to ensure smooth project implementation and capacity planning
  • Monitor the principles of Lean Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement
  • Striving for a balance between short-term results and long-term optimisation
  • Integrating new technological developments into production processes

• Offer
  • A completed college or university degree in engineering and/or technical business administration/related field
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience with cleanroom production is an advantage
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage
  • Decisive, determined and clear communication are traits that characterise you
