• Job description

  Your main duties/responsibilities:

  • As Group Leader, you will be in charge of a large group of technicians assembling and testing modules and systems
  • You ensure smooth production progress together with the Foreman and availability of tooling, materials, planning and everything else to keep the process running smoothly
  • Furthermore, you monitor progress, solve problems and make necessary adjustments to the process
  • It is your responsibility that systems are delivered according to the right quality, on time, at the right cost and to the right specifications
  • Any technical deviations must be coordinated and documented in consultation with the customer
  • It also anticipates potential bottlenecks in the production process and takes structural improvement measures
  • In close consultation with other colleagues, together with your input, we continuously work on improvements to the production process
  • You are also responsible for the quality and continuity of staffing

  • You have a technical college education, e.g. Mechanical Engineering
  • You have at least 3 years of managerial relevant work experience, preferably within an assembly-related environment
  • You are decisive, communicative and motivating
  • You have knowledge of and experience with mechatronics, assembly of more complex products, lean manufacturing and quality programmes
