As Assistant Production Manager Cleanroom, you will be responsible for the entire operation. Core of your job is to regulate, monitor, optimise, correct and advise.

• Job description
  • Responsible for methods and procedures for the technical operational process
  • Ensure proper and efficient fulfilment of customer requirements/requirements, represents production in customer team consultations
  • Ensuring proper and efficient transfer of projects from customers or engineering to regular production
  • Co-define policy within the assembly and translate this into concrete measures, facilities or investment proposals
  • Responsible for occupational safety and conditions
  • Responsible for internal quality, complaint handling, adequate and efficient tooling, tools and workshop instructions in such a way as to achieve optimum yield and efficiency
  • Responsible for the set KPIs within the production environment and acting on reports
  • 6S for the entire department
  • Responsible for training and coaching Team Leaders and Assembly employees, among others
  • Responsible for efficiency, quality and timeliness (NET) of resources and people within the Production Department. Monitor progress in the production process
  • Taking the lead in a QRM & Lean Manufacturing driven production
  • Ensuring production flexibility matches forecast/planning
